Poseł PiS Łukasz Mejza (35 l.) notorycznie łamie przepisy drogowe i ciążą na nim mandaty za prawie 30 tys. zł, przed którymi do niedawna chronił go immunitet. To wszystko nie powstrzymuje polityka przed kolejnymi wykroczeniami – ostatnio przekroczył prędkość pod Zieloną Górą! – Poseł Mejza jest zwykłym bandytą drogowym – komentuje nam Łukasz Zboralski, ekspert ds. bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego.
Łukasz Mejza ma 16 wykroczeń z lat 2024–2025, w tym 9 z fotoradarów (84 pkt, 8900 zł), wykroczenie na S3 (15 pkt, 2500 zł) oraz 6 kolejnych przypadków przekroczenia prędkości — łącznie 168 punktów i 17 800 zł mandatów.
Po zrzeczeniu immunitetu grozi mu utrata prawa jazdy, a mimo to został ponownie zatrzymany pod Zieloną Górą za jazdę o 31 km/h za szybko (800 zł, 9 pkt).
„Poseł Mejza jest zwykłym bandytą drogowym” — ocenia Łukasz Zboralski, wskazując, że immunitet nie powinien chronić polityków przed konsekwencjami wykroczeń drogowych.
168 punktów karnych w ciągu roku!
W okresie od listopada 2024 r. do jesieni 2025 r. Mejza popełnił łącznie 16 wykroczeń drogowych, w tym 9 zarejestrowanych przez fotoradary, za które zgromadził 84 punkty karne i mandaty na 8900 zł. Popełnił też poważne wykroczenie na trasie S3 w październiku 2025 r., gdzie jechał 200 km/h przy limicie 120 km/h – policja nałożyła za to 15 punktów i 2500 zł mandatu. Pozostałe 6 wykroczeń to inne przypadki przekroczenia prędkości ujęte we wnioskach policji do Sejmu o uchylenie posłowi immunitetu. Wykroczenia z zeszłego roku zapewniły politykowi PiS w sumie 168 punktów karnych i mandaty o wartości 17 800 zł!
Pod koniec marca Łukasz Mejza sam zrzekł się immunitetu i za wykroczenia ujęte przez policję może stracić prawo jazdy. Trwają procedury – policja przekazuje do starostwa informacje o naliczonych punktach karnych. Tymczasem – jak poinformowało RMF FM – polityk ponownie został zatrzymany za przekroczenie prędkości, tym razem w okolicy Zielonej Góry, jadąc drogą ekspresową ponad 150 km/h (o 31 km/h za szybko za co grozi mandat w wysokości 800 zł i 9 punktów karnych).
Zboralski: Politycy jeżdżą podobnie jak Mejza
– Poseł Mejza jest zwykłym bandytą drogowym. Należy zmienić prawo tak, aby immunitet wcale nie obowiązywał na drodze. Polityk powinien od razu tracić uprawnienia. To łatwe do przeprowadzenia, ale będzie duży opór klasy politycznej, która często jeździ w podobny sposób jak poseł Mejza – komentuje Łukasz Zboralski, redaktor naczelny portalu brd24.pl. – Teraz widzimy, dlaczego przy ostatniej zmianie prawa w Ministerstwie Infrastruktury był taki opór przed tym, żeby automatyczne odbieranie prawa jazdy (na trzy miesiące) za przekroczenie prędkości o ponad 50 km/h działało na drogach ekspresowych i autostradach. Bo gdyby działało to poseł Mejza już by nie miał prawa jazdy. Politycy i ministrowie wykluczyli z tego przepisu ekspresówki, bo moim zdaniem sami tak jeżdżą jak Mejza i nie chcą tracić prawa jazdy – dodaje ekspert.
